Shipping methodTOTAL SHIPPING TIME: The total time for shipping the goods may vary from 3 a 8 working days from receipt of payment (for bank transfer it may take longer)EXPRESS COURIER: after receiving the payment the order will be processed within 24/48 working hours from the moment the order is credited (for the bank transfer when crediting our account)!. Shipments can depart from different locations. The courier will deliver the next day or later 48 ore (excluding Saturday and Sunday) if it results in one of the most time consuming areas (es: Sardinia, Venice lagoon and smaller islands). The shipping time is to be considered as such, except for unforeseen circumstances that do not depend on our will: strikes, closed/unusable roads, etc… The courier will carry out 2 delivery attempts, if it was not possible to deliver the goods, it will be in storage for approximately 10 days in the courier's warehouse and can be collected free of charge; after i 10 days the related costs will be borne by the buyer. We therefore ask you, in order to avoid unpleasant situations, to communicate the correct address and telephone number in order to facilitate delivery operations by the courier and also to ensure that, to the address provided, someone is always present during working hours.
Right of withdrawal
In compliance with the provisions of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if you are not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products themselves or renounce the right to provide the services and obtain a refund of the price already paid upon advance payment.
Exercise mode: To this end, the Consumer Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days following delivery of the products or within 14 days following the purchase of the services, by sending a communication via registered mail with return receipt. Following receipt of the communication with which the Consumer Customer communicates his desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller, verified correspondence with the above requirements, will agree, also via email, with the Consumer Customer the methods by which to return the products.

Upon receipt of the package we will check the product, if the return conditions are met we will refund via the same payment method used for the purchase or ship a replacement product. Conformity guarantee
The guarantee of conformity of the products sold by the Seller in favor of the Consumer Customer is provided by virtue of the rules contained in the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) on guarantees in the sale of consumer goods. The Seller provides the official guarantee for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The Consumer Customer loses the right to assert the aforementioned guarantee if he does not report the lack of conformity within two months of its discovery. The warranty is valid for the following defects:
the product does not correspond to the agreement;
the product does not have the essential characteristics;
the product does not correspond to the usual use and quality.
The Seller will not be responsible for any damage that may arise from misuse or wear, unprofessional handling or installation, malfunction due to short circuit. The warranty does not apply in case of factors unrelated to normal use of the product, such as increases or decreases in voltage, use of inappropriate accessories or those prohibited by the manufacturers, falls, water, fire or incorrect or abusive use by the Customer or third parties not authorized by the manufacturer. The guarantee is also excluded for defects that were already known to the Customer at the time of purchase
Mode: is up to the Customer, before returning a non-compliant item, and in order to enforce the guarantee, agree, also via email, with the Seller the methods of return and delivery of the product. The Seller undertakes to inform the Customer of the place and methods of shipping the product. Once you have received the Product, the Seller will carry out the relevant inspection, also making use of the Manufacturer's structures e, where the lack of conformity is detected, will send the repaired or replacement product to the Customer.
If, upon completion of the check, the product does not appear to be affected by a lack of conformity, the Seller will inform the Customer about the costs necessary for its repair or replacement. The Customer will be charged for the costs relating to the transport of products that do not present defects of conformity. In the event of a complaint of lack of conformity, the Seller will promptly contact the Customer to inform him and possibly propose the replacement of the faulty product with alternative products, of equivalent or superior value and quality.

Order
Our online store is easy to navigate, you will find clear explanations on the purchase and payment methods and a vast assortment of products with a detailed description of the brands and individual products with the different formats and relative prices. You are not allowed to purchase more than 2 pieces for reference.
Product search
There are two ways to search for products:
1. Search by brand from the drop-down menu above, or from All Brands on the Homepage;
2. Search by product category: scents, treatment, make-up.
From the homepage of the site you can also access the offers, to news and our bestselling products.
Maximum number of pieces that can be purchased per product
It is possible to order at most 2 pieces for each product, Higher orders may be canceled by the merchant. Payment
Payment can be made with:

Shipping costs FREE for orders over €34.90. Below this threshold, there is an additional cost of €6.90
Once the payment process is completed, an order notification is generated, with the assignment of an order number which must be used as a reference in any further communication. Payment must be made by 2 days from the execution of the order. The Iban or Postepay card number will be sent to the email address, in case of payment with paypal you will receive a link to pay.
Delivery Times
The goods are delivered by courier within 2/8 working days (mon-come) from receipt of the order confirmation email to the customer. In the event that your order cannot be confirmed and/or accepted in whole or in part, THE PERFUMERY will promptly communicate this via e-mail, in the case of payment already made, will not charge the amount of unavailable goods.
This contract is governed by Italian law.
In the case of a consumer user, the Court of residence or domicile of the consumer will be competent, if located in Italy. For any other dispute it will be competent, instead, the Court of Pavia.
